We accept pets with a 25 lb. weigt limit and the deposit is $300.00 with $150.00 refundable. (Pet shot records are required)

Are furnished apartments available?

Yes and prices vary with choice of floor plan and starts at $250.00 per month. The cost is added to your rent so you only pay one payment for all.

What are the lease terms for furnished apartments?

There are 3, 6, 9 or 12 month leases. Rental rate is $75.00 more for a 3 month lease.

What utilities are paid?

We pay water, gas and trash pick up. The hot water is gas so that saves you money on your electric bill.
